On the occasion of World Aquaculture Day, this event is being held to raise awareness throughout society of the importance of the scientific and socio-economic activity of aquaculture as an instrument for contributing to feeding humanity, which is expected to reach 10 billion people by 2050. During the day, attendees will receive talks and visit the centre's facilities, ending with a tasting of aquaculture products.
